On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC, and a small workspace with a desk – ideal for remote work or a workation.

The first floor features three large double bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub, an open dressing area, and direct access to the balcony. The top floor boasts a covered rooftop terrace with a lounge sofa, sea views, and stunning sunsets.

🌴 The Outdoor Area: In the lovingly landscaped garden, a large covered veranda with a dining area and lounge corner invites you to relax. The new 8 x 4 m heated saltwater pool is equipped with comfortable sun loungers. Whether you prefer sun or shade – everyone will find their favorite spot here. A premium Weber gas grill is also available.

📍 Location & Surroundings: Casa Pinsa is located in the very quiet residential area of Puig de Ros – just 20 km from Palma and 12 km from the airport. A large supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, and several cafés are within walking distance. In the nearby Maioris Decima area, you’ll find additional restaurants, shops, and leisure facilities.

For those seeking indulgence, the exclusive “Mhares Sea Club” beach club is within walking distance. Active guests can enjoy the nearby “Delta Tennis” club or “Golfclub Maioris,” both also reachable on foot.

🔇 Important Notes: Casa Pinsa is situated in a quiet and exclusive neighborhood, where residents highly value adherence to local Mallorca neighborhood laws. Out of respect for the community, parties, events, and loud music are strictly prohibited. Therefore, the accommodation is not suitable for groups planning a party holiday.

The maximum number of guests is 6, as stipulated by the ETV license. Additional guests cannot be accommodated.
