The house is on two floors and an additional laundry room. It has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people.

On the first floor there is the kitchen, living-dining area, a guest room and a bedroom. The new modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes everything you need for everyday needs.

On the second floor are the two other bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has direct access to the semi-covered large balcony. Of course, the finca has air conditioning and heating in every room.

From the first floor you can access the spacious covered terrace and the large saltwater pool, where comfortable loungers and a daybed invite you to sunbathe.

In Sa Rápita itself there are three small supermarkets for daily needs, the bulk shopping is best done in the town of Campos, only 10 minutes away. There you can find all the big supermarkets like Mercadona, Aldi, Lidl, Eroski, Müller and more.

Due to the variety of restaurants in the town, there is something for (almost) every taste. Tapas, pizza and pasta, steak or fish, here the decision is difficult for most.

Sa Rápita and also the neighboring town of S’estanyol each have a marina.
